today i woke up and Shawn wasn't in the bed i got up and brushed my teeth then i went downstairs and he was down their watching tv i sat beside him and he put his arm around my shoulders and i layed my head on his chest and fell asleep well i tried to he woke me up and told me i couldn't go to sleep because he wanted me to meet a couple of his best friends so we was gonna go out for breakfast . i got up and took a shower then i put on some clothes that i packed and then i pulled my hair into a ponytail .then shawn got dresses and we headed out to breakfest. the ride took about 30 minutes and when we walked in i was so shocked at who i saw it was AALIYAH AND DAMON DASH im a huge aaliyah fan i remember when i used to have that tiny apartment i used to listen to her all the time oh yesh i quit my job at that fast food place because shawn said if i needed some money or anything i could get it from him anyways shawn introduced us.

omg i cant believe i just met aaliyah and got her number this is so unreal i gotta tell my family when i get home . but anyways aaliyah and damon left and me and shawn stayed and talked and ate then we went back to his place when we got there i kicked off my shoes and plopped on the couch and then he came over and sat right next to me

me and shawn talked for a while then i went home and told my family they were shocked i was to i still couldn't believe i met her . anyways 9 months went by and its may 4th, 2001 me and shawn been together for a year and a few months and we finally decided to tell everyone about out relationship. im dangerously in love with him i made a song about it and my album is titled dangerously in love im going to release it soon but today is the listening party and its 7:30 and the party started at 7 and im still getting dresses tyty has been doing my hair for hours but i dont like the hairstyles that he is giving me   . my mom made me a dress and i love it  bought me some heel to go along with the dress . the dress come above my knees and its strapless its very cute . 30 minutes past and its about 8 something and im finally got done when i got to the party everyone came up to me telling me how the songs sounded great i felt happy that they liked them . i couldnt find shawn i guess he is not here yet i found aaliyah we have became so close during these past months she is like a sister to me . she was sitting at the bar talking on the phone i walked over and sat by her and she was getting off the phone.

(aaliyah)i've been busy with my brother and my album and everything now i got to go to Florida next month to start shooting my rock the boat video then sometime in august i have to fly to the Bahamas to finish the rest

damn aaliyah better have told her what i said i've been waiting here for about 20 minutes and then finally bey came she looked so beautiful. she walked up to me and hugged and kissed me and pushed her on the wall and i had my hand on the wall and the other on her waist she had her arms wrapped around my neck

me and shawn went back to the part and we drank and i got really drunk i cant handle my liquor so i was really drunk shawn was too but i was worst everybody started to leave but me and shawn left early when we got to his house we were all over each other we mad it to his room and he layed me on the bed and started kissing all over my body but i stopped him 

(bey)stop jay im not ready for this im drunk and when im not going to remember this and i want to remember the first time we make love and this is not the right time

 my album reached number one and i knew that i was gonna be the queen of this game but anyways time passed and today is the day my best friend leaves to go to flordia im so emotional im going to miss her she is the only best friend i have in new york now she is leaving i cant wait until she come back but anyways me and jay went to the airport to say good bye to aaliyah i hugged her and kissed her on the check she hugged and kissed me back and said that she loved me and i said i love you to bestie then she got on the plane and left . shawn talked to her brother rashad and damon for a little while and i was in the car talking to my sister

when i got off the phone i layed my head on the window and just looked out of it while shawn was driving i really missed aaliyah already because its something i really wanted to talk about with her i needed to figure out who rihanna is because im not having a good feeling about her i would ask him about her but i dont know how he will react i dont know i guess ill ask him because a healthy relationship communicate  and if i want a healthy relationship im going to talk to him . we got back to his house and i went in and i dragged myself up to his room and crawled in his bed and put my head in the pillow he came up behind me and rubbed my back and told me not to worry he said that aaliyah was gonna be back soon i sat up in bed and gathered myself together so i can ask him about the rihanna girl

a few months have past since aaliyah been gone bey has been doing good but i know this is about to hurt her feelings its august 25 2001 one of the most devastating days ever  this morning i got a call from rashad he was crying his eyes out i didnt know what was wrong i asked and he said aaliyah was dead i felt myself tearing up i asked how did she die and he said that he plane crashed on her way back to Florida cried   for a long time because that was my best friened i told her everything she was the one i talked to about my problem she was there for me no matter what she was fun to be around she had a good heart she was talented very beautiful she was a true angel now she is gone i prayed and then i said that got wanted her back to be a princesses in the royal castle were she belonged and that made me feel kinda better but i still dont know how to tell bey.just then bey came down stairs asking why aaliyah wasnt answering her phone  i put my head in my hands and said aaliyah was dead and she said what you are lying then she turned on the tv and it flashed bye "AALIYAH HOUGHTON DIED IN A PLANE CRASH"  bey sat there frozen then she finally broke down it hurt me so bad all i could do was hold her and cry right along with her she was confused 

(bey)this is not possible i was just talking to her last night and she said she was coming back home and we was gonna *sniffs* we were gonna go out and have a good time jay this cant be possible she is not dead jay she cant be its not possible she have to be alive jay *cries harder*
(shawn)look bey she is in a better place ok god is protecting her she will always be here spiritually probably not physically but she will still always be here *points to her heart* just remember that if you ever wanna talk to her just pray and im positive she will talk back bey . this is a happy time she is becoming the angel that she is ok so dont cry 
(bey)i cant stop crying i need to go home please take me home

jay took me home and i was so upset because she was gone i destroyed my apartment it was stuff everywhere shawn stayed and let me take out my anger then he held me and told me everything was gonna be fine all of my family and friends called me to see if i was fine and i said yes then i went in my room and prayed 
                         god please take good care of aaliyah please dont let nothing bad happen to her i dont understand why you took her away but i know im gonna have to accept the fact that she is gone well actually i cant so i wont aaliyah if you can hear me i will always love you bestie im still going to remember the good time we had together your laugh and everything i want you to know that i care still i care for you i know we was supose to have done some fun things when you came back but that not gonna happened LILI  i just ask that you watch over me and shawn and make our relationship strong and healthy LILI i love you baby girl

after i prayed i took a shower then layed in my bed shawn came in and i layed my head on his chest and i put my leg over his and i feel asleep in his warm embrace and i felt a little better
